Mr. Onajite Okoloko is a Nigerian entrepreneur with extensive experience in the oil and gas and industrial sectors. He is the founder and former Chairman of Midwestern Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited and Eroton Exploration & Production. Midwestern is Nigeria’s largest marginal oil field producer, while Eroton owns and operates over 1,035 square kilometers of oil mining lease area in the Niger Delta, with an estimated 500 million barrels of 2P reserves and over 5 trillion cubic feet of gas.

He is also the founder and pioneer Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Notore Chemical Industries, where he served from January 2006 to January 2021. Notore is an agro-allied chemicals and infrastructure company and the premier producer of urea fertilizer in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is one of the founding partners of the Oando Plc Group, where he played a pivotal role in the transformation of Oando from a petroleum marketing company to an integrated energy group.

Mr. Okoloko is an active member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and has served on several national policy and advisory bodies. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Benin (1986) and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. In 2011, he was named the inaugural winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Emerging Entrepreneur Category, West Africa).

Mr. John He brings a unique combination of strategic, operational, and financial expertise, with extensive experience across corporate finance, investment, and resource sector development.

Prior to joining Bullcrest, Mr. John He held senior roles at Roc Partners, where he managed industrial investments and gained hands-on operational experience as a board observer. He also worked with PwC Australia in the M&A team on buy-side and sell-side transactions and capital raisings, and with Boston Consulting Group in New York on AI implementation projects. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Avenira Limited (ASX:AEV), an Australian phosphate and gold mining business. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Engr. Charles Odita holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Engineering degree (1984) and a Master of Engineering degree (1987) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin.

He worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited from 1988 to 2007 in roles including Well Site Petroleum Engineer, Drilling Operations Engineer, Senior Well Engineer, and Head of Corporate Wells Planning, with four years of international postings in the Netherlands. From 2007 to 2014 he served at Notore Chemical Industries as Group Chief Technical Officer and later Group Chief Operating Officer. Between 2014 and 2020 he was Group Managing Director/CEO of Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited.

Engr. Odita is a Chartered Engineer registered with COREN, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and the Nigerian Society of Engineers, and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Mr. Jason He is the Director of a commercial property investment fund, where he has led multiple industrial transactions across Australia. Earlier, he worked in Deloitte Australia’s M&A team, advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of industries. He currently serves as an Executive Director of Avenira Limited (ASX:AEV), an Australian phosphate and gold mining business, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Francesca Omo-Agege is a founder and operator working at the intersection of technology, consumer platforms, and emerging markets. She is the Founder and CEO of Meri, a trust and discovery platform for the celebration economy, and runs an AI consulting practice advising corporate executives and firms on practical AI adoption.

Previously, she held roles at Meta (Facebook), where she worked on the company’s response to high-risk global events, including elections and geopolitical crises, and at TikTok. She holds a BA in Political Science from Tulane University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Brume Okoloko is the Managing Director of DEL Waste Management Company, an environmental and integrated waste management services provider to the oil and gas industry. He has over 26 years of experience across the oil and gas and environmental services value chain, spanning corporate strategy, operational restructuring, infrastructure design, and process reengineering.

He has served as a board-level consultant and advisor to investors, senior executives, and boards of key industry players, previously sat on the board of Eroton Exploration and Production Company Ltd, and is a Director of Oilflow Global Energy Ltd. He holds a BSc in Zoology from the University of Benin and an MBA from Aston University, Birmingham.

Mr. Mo Yang has extensive experience across corporate operations, financial management, strategic execution and project management. He served as Chief Financial Officer (2016 to 2023) and as Managing Director (2024) of Hebang Biotechnology’s Australian operations. He currently serves as the CFO of Hebang Biotechnology Indonesia, supporting the Group’s largest ex-China operations and project development. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Melbourne and is a member of CPA Australia.

Mr. Robin Zhang brings a strong background in overseas investment, cross-border M&A, and international project execution. He is currently involved in the international expansion and investment activities at Hebang Biotechnology, including establishing its presence in Indonesia. He holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Rutgers University.
